Anchovies A la Donostiarra are a traditional Cantabrian recipe utilizing the whole anchovy. Sautéed in fragrant olive oil and garlic sourced from the gorgeous Donostia/San-Sebastian countryside, these anchovies are packed loosely as to expose these plump delicacies to the flavour of the garlic, cayenne pepper and white vinegar marinade.

Commonly served in Tapas bars - you could serve these flavour-bombs up with a crisp Spanish red and some crusty bread. Or eat them straight from the tin - they're that good!
