Spiced gingerbread biscuit coated with a thin layer of milk chocolate
PASSION FRUIT & MANGO PAVLOVA (piped marshmallow)
Mango gel, a layer of passion fruit marshmallow and a layer of mango marshmallow. Dipped in Valrhona passionfruit chocolate. =
SPICED CLEMENTINE (pate de fruit)
Spiced clementine pate de fruit, coated in vanilla sugar. Shaped like an orange segment
ROCKY ROAD MENDIANT (lollipop)
Dark, milk & white chocolate. Marshmallows, jellies, pistachios
HAZELNUT ROCHER (gold wrapper)
Milk chocolate & praline ganache rolled in feuilletine, coated in nutty chocolate. Wrapped in gold foil
